AIFM. The AIF shall be managed by BENDURA FUND MANAGEMENT ALPHA AG (the "AIFM") in accord- ance with this Trust Agreement. The AIFM has been duly authorised by the FMA and entered in the FMA's official published list of AIFMs authorised in Liechtenstein. The AIFM shall manage the AIF for the account and in the exclusive interests of the investors in accord- ance with the provisions of the constituent documents. The AIFM shall be entitled to make dispositions regarding all objects belonging to the AIF in accordance with the relevant statutory provisions and the constituent documents and to exercise all the associated rights.
AIFM. The identity and obligations of the AIFM are specified in Annex A to the Trust Agreement, "Or- ganisational structure of the AIF".

Each Shareholder has a right to access his/her its Personal Data and may ask for a rectification thereof in cases where such data is inaccurate and/or incomplete. Request for a rectification should be made by a letter addressed to the Fund. The Shareholder has a right of opposition regarding the use of his/her/its Personal Data for marketing purposes. This opposition can be made by letter addressed to the Fund. By subscribing to the Shares, each Shareholder consents to such processing of his/her/its Personal Data.
AIFM. 6.1. Rigsave Capital Limited, a private limited liability company, incorporated under the laws of Malta, register with the Malta Business Registry under number C 92570 (the “AIFM”) shall be appointed as the external authorised alternative investment fund manager of the Partnership. The AIFM is authorized as an alternative investment fund manager within the meaning of the AIFMD. The AIFM shall be responsible for portfolio management, risk management, valuation of the assets and marketing the Limited Partners Units of the Partnership. The AIFM may delegate certain of its functions. 6.2. The AIFM may receive a management fee and a performance fee (the “Remunerations”) to remunerate its duties in connection with the Partnership. The Remunerations and the way to calculate such Remunerations are detailed in the Term Sheet (Appendix 1). The AIFM may, at any time, waive at its own discretion all or part of these Remunerations.
