Agreements to Notify. (a) The Stockholder and Holder agree to notify promptly the Escrow Agent of the termination of this Agreement and agree to deliver to the Escrow Agent any written instructions that may reasonably be requested by the Escrow Agent relating to the release of the Shares upon the termination of this Agreement.
