Common use of Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff Clause in Contracts

Agreement Subject to CAISO Tariff. This Operating Agreement shall be subject to the provisions of the CAISO Tariff which shall be deemed to be incorporated by reference herein, as the same may be changed or superseded from time to time pursuant to Section 15 of the CAISO Tariff. The Parties agree that they will comply with Section 4.4, and any other applicable provisions, of the CAISO Tariff.
