Common use of Agreement Not to Solicit Employees Clause in Contracts

Agreement Not to Solicit Employees. Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve months following the termination for any reason, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce any person employed by, or any agent of, any Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any Employers or such subsidiary.

Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve 12 months following the termination for any reason, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce any person employed by, or any agent of, any Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any Employers or such subsidiary.

Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve months three (3) years following the termination for any reasonof Employment, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, any of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any of Employers or such subsidiary.

Employee agrees thatDuring the term of this Agreement, and for a period of twelve six (6) months following the termination for any reasonof his employment with the Company, the Employee agrees that neither he nor any affiliate shall, either alone or on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of EmployersCompetitive Business, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, any Employers the Company or any subsidiary of Employers its subsidiaries to terminate his or her employment relationship, contract of employment or agency, as the case may be, with the Company or any Employers or such subsidiaryof its subsidiaries.

Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve months that following the termination of the Employment Period for any reason, for the Relevant Period, neither he nor any affiliate af(pound)iliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers the Company or any subsidiary of Employersor affiliate thereof, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, any Employers either of the Company or any subsidiary of Employers or affiliate thereof to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any Employers either of the Company or such subsidiarysubsidiary or affiliate.

Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve eighteen (18) months following the termination for any reasonof Employment, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, any of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any of Employers or such subsidiary.

Employee agrees that, for a period of twelve months two (2) years following the termination for any reasonof Employment, neither he nor any affiliate shall, on behalf of any business engaged in a business competitive with Employers or any subsidiary of Employers, solicit or induce, or in any manner attempt to solicit or induce induce, any person employed by, or any agent of, any of Employers or any subsidiary of Employers to terminate his or her employment or agency, as the case may be, with any of Employers or of such subsidiary.
