The Agreement Integrity clause serves to affirm that the contract represents the complete and final understanding between the parties, superseding any prior discussions or agreements. In practice, this clause ensures that only the terms written in the contract are enforceable, and that any previous oral or written statements not included in the agreement have no legal effect.
