Common use of Agreement Equitable Clause in Contracts

Agreement Equitable. The parties further acknowledge and declare that they each have carefully considered and understand the provisions contained herein, including, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Consultant's rights upon termination and the restrictions on the Consultant after termination and agree that the said provisions are mutually fair and equitable, and that they executed this Agreement voluntarily and of their own free will.
