Common use of Agreement Effect Clause in Contracts

Agreement Effect. The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall be binding on the Parties hereto, their respective successors and assigns and the benefits and burdens shall run with the Property. The Developer shall record this Agreement along with the Final Plat and before any mortgages being recorded. The Developer shall provide the City with recording information prior to any permits for the development of the Property being issued. Upon request by Developer, the City covenants to provide a recordable Certificate of Completion within a reasonable period of time following the request, upon the completion of the work and responsibilities required herein, payment of all costs and fees required and compliance with all terms of this Agreement.
