The Agreement Development clause outlines the process by which the terms and conditions of the contract are created, negotiated, and finalized between the parties. Typically, this clause specifies the steps for drafting, reviewing, and amending the agreement, and may require both parties to collaborate or consult legal counsel before finalizing the document.
