AGREEMENT CONTROL. 1. This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to federal law and the Constitution and laws of the State of New Mexico. If any provision of this Agreement shall be found contrary to law, such provision shall have effect only to the extent permitted by law; but all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
