Agreement Background. You have purchased the right to access SIOS Software from Service Provider for use in the Portal. This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which SIOS will provide Software and Services to you in connection with your use of the Software in the Portal, which are in addition to the terms contained in the agreement between you and the Service Provider. SIOS is not responsible for (a) the actions of Service Provider, (b) any additional obligations, conditions or warranties provided by Service Provider or (c) any products and/or services that Service Provider provides to you under agreements between you and Service Provider. For clarification purposes, this Agreement does not apply to Software subscriptions or licenses purchased from SIOS directly for use outside the Portal.
