Common use of Agreement Authorization Clause in Contracts

Agreement Authorization. 1. If a public entity, the Contractor shall submit to CDA a copy of an approved resolution, order, or motion referencing this Agreement number authorizing execution of this Agreement. If a private nonprofit entity, the Contractor shall submit to CDA an authorization by the Board of Directors to execute this Agreement, referencing this Agreement number.
