Agreement Activities. The grant of an estate in fee simple is an Agreement Activity, other than: a grant made pursuant to s 19 of the Act; a grant made to facilitate a project that is for a public purpose; or any transfer or vesting made pursuant to s 22A of the Land ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (Vic).
