AGREEMENT ACCESS. A copy of this Agreement will be physically kept at each residential facility and community care office, where it may be accessed by all staff. Also an electronic copy of this Agreement will be made accessible to all staff via the Masonic Homes' website and intranet. Part B – Classification Criteria This Classification Structure outlines the skill, knowledge and accountability levels of roles within Masonic Homes. The indicative duties are non-exhaustive and for guidance only. An employee engaged for two or more hours in any day on duties carrying a higher classification, and therefore rate of pay, than their ordinary classification, shall be paid the higher rate for all hours worked on the particular day.
