AGREED PENALTIES. Any time penalties are incurred by VENDOR pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, COUNTY will submit an invoice to VENDOR for payment of these penalties no later than the end of the month following the period for which penalties were assessed. Unless VENDOR files a dispute pursuant to Section 6.3 herein, VENDOR must pay these penalties within twenty (20) days from the date of invoice. If a penalty is not paid by VENDOR pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, COUNTY may automatically deduct the penalty amounts from COUNTY's monthly premium payment.
