Common use of AGM Clause in Contracts

The Directors will submit the New Minibus Leasing Agreement and the New Annual Caps at the AGM for the independent Shareholders to consider and, if thought fit, pass resolutions for the approval of the transactions under the New Minibus Leasing Agreement and the New Annual Caps.
