Common use of Aggregation Calculation Clause in Contracts

Aggregation Calculation. If the same Holder shall present more than one Warrant for exercise in full at the same time, the number of full shares of Common Stock which shall be issuable upon such exercise shall be computed on the basis of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock acquirable on exercise of the Warrants so presented.
