Aggregate Performance Period; Number of Earned Performance Awards. The Aggregate Performance Period will be comprised of three independent annual performance periods (“Performance Period”) that correspond to the three fiscal years from [_____] through [_____]. The number of Performance Awards earned will be based upon the Senior Officer Participant’s Target Performance Based Shares, adjusted up or down based upon the weighted average of each Performance Period’s attainment of Performance Goals, weighted at 33.33%.
