Aggregate Expenditure Sample Clauses
Aggregate Expenditure. CVT's aggregate expenditure on Pre-Approval Marketing Activities shall be at least [ * ] between the Effective Date and the Launch. This requirement shall not apply if Quintiles for any reason does not provide the Pre- Approval Advances in accordance with the Loan Agreement at such time (or times) that CVT requests such Advances. In the event of termination of this Agreement prior to the Launch, the failure of CVT to spend such amount shall not be considered a breach of this Agreement.
