Aggregate Elected Commitment Amount. By its signature below, (a) the Borrower hereby elects pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Credit Agreement to increase the Aggregate Elected Commitment Amounts to $1,440,000,000 in accordance with each Lender’s Applicable Percentage (after giving effect to Section 2.4 and Section 2.12 hereof) and (b) each Lender hereby consents to such change in its Elected Commitment.
