Ages. Until the age of 21, inclusive, the player who has not been registered by the club or Public Limited Sports company with which he had a license until junior age may sign a license and a contract with another club or Public Limited Sports company, although the parent club shall have the final say, with the exception of loss or resignation from the club, and therefore the right to register him for the following season. If a player had been to two different ACB teams during junior age, the preemptive registration corresponds to the club that had the junior license for the second season.

Ages. We accept preschool children, ages 2-6 for care. Monday through Friday from 7:00am-5:00pm Breakfast; am snack; lunch; pm snack are all provided by the center. All of the meals will be prepared fresh daily following FDA recommendations for portion size and content. Our goal is to provide fresh and healthy meals and snacks everyday for all of the students. Healthy eating is the key for healthy bodies and minds. The children will have nap time daily immediately following lunch for a period of approximately two hours. Each child will be provided with a cot to use during nap time. The cots and clean sheets will not be shared. Every child will have his/her own. The cots will be disinfected weekly and the sheets will be washed daily. The child can bring a favorite blanket and/or stuffed animal to sleep with from home. Currently, we offer a variety of activities that are now included in the program at no additional charge. These activities include Computers/iPads, Dance, Gymnastics, Music, Spanish, Sign Language, and Bible Study (optional).

Ages. If you are under 16 and visiting the Excelsia Studio, the parent or guardian must accompany the minor or sign a release on behalf of the minor. As a parent or guardian of a minor you hereby agree to be fully responsible for any and all actions, damages, injuries or loss to property or person, performed by the minor with or without your supervision in the Excelsia Studio. We reserve the right to refuse access to members who are under the age of 16 without their guardian or parent present if we feel the need. The parent or guardian takes full responsibility for ensuring membership fees is paid and up to date for their minor’s membership.

This plan covers individual psychotherapy, group psychotherapy, and family therapy when rendered by: • Psychiatrists; • Licensed Clinical Psychologists; • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers; • Advance Practice Registered Nurses (Clinical Nurse Specialists/Nurse Practitioners- Behavioral Health); • Licensed Mental Health Counselors; and • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. This plan covers psychological testing as a behavioral health benefit when rendered by: • neuropsychologists; • psychologists; or • pediatric neurodevelopmental specialists. This plan covers neuropsychological testing as described in the Tests, Labs and Imaging section.

  • Women Black Americans (includes persons having origins in any of the Black racial groups of Africa);

  • Drivers Any and all drivers who drive the Vehicles you are renting/leasing from us shall be duly licensed, trained and qualified to drive vehicles of this type. Although we may, from time to time, recommend certain qualified drivers with whom we are familiar, we do not supply drivers. You must supply and employ any driver who drives our Vehicles (even if the driver is the registered owner of the vehicle or owner of a company that owns the vehicle) and that driver shall be deemed to be your employee for all purposes and shall be covered as an additional insured on all of your applicable insurance policies.
