Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Agent receives a notice under clause 7 (Illegality, Voluntary Prepayment and Cancellation) or clause 8 (Mandatory Prepayment) it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice to either the Borrower or the affected Lender(s), as appropriate.
