Agent’s receipt of Notices. If the Agent receives a notice or election under clause 7 (Illegality, voluntary prepayment and cancellation) or clause 8 (Mandatory prepayment) it shall promptly forward a copy of that notice or election to either the Parent or the affected Lender, as appropriate.
