AGENTS LICENSING. (a) General Agent shall maintain current licenses or certificates of authority as required by Regulations for the conduct of business under this Amended and Restated Agreement. (b) General Agent shall assure that all Sub-Agents to whom any authority of General Agent under this Amended and Restated Agreement is delegated maintain appropriate licenses, certificates of authority, and Company appointments as required by Regulations for the conduct of business under this Amended and Restated Agreement.
