Common use of Agents Generally Clause in Contracts

Agents Generally. Except as expressly set forth herein, no Agent shall have any duties or responsibilities hereunder in its capacity as such. Arranger shall not have any obligations or duties whatsoever in such capacity under this Agreement or any other Credit Document and shall incur no liability hereunder or thereunder in such capacity, but Arranger and its Related Parties shall have the benefit of the indemnities provided for hereunder.
