Agent's Data Security. Agent represents that Agent’s performance of its obligations hereunder and use of the Product, and AgencyZOOM’s use of Agent Data complies with all applicable laws, governmental and industry regulations, and agreements Agent may be subject to, and that Agent has obtained all required permissions and consents required by applicable law or agreement for the collection and related use of all Agent Data, and that any Agent’s website includes a privacy policy in accordance with applicable laws.
