Common use of Agent's Administrative Fee Clause in Contracts

Agent's Administrative Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent, for the sole account of the Agent, a non-refundable agent's administrative fee (the "Agent's Administrative Fee") in the amount of $15,000 per year, with such Agent's Administrative Fee being payable annually in advance on the Closing Date and on each anniversary of the Closing Date.
