Agent Trading Clause Samples
Agent Trading. The Company hereby consents to the Agents trading in the Common Stock for each Agent’s own account and for the account of its clients at the same time as sales of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement.
Agent Trading. Subject to each Agent’s compliance with Regulation M and prohibitions on buying or selling securities while in possession of material non-public information, the Company hereby consents to such Agent’s trading in the Common Stock for such Agent’s own account and for the account of its clients at the same time as sales of the Shares pursuant to this Agreement.
