Common use of Agent Performance of Assignor Obligations Clause in Contracts

Agent Performance of Assignor Obligations. Without having any ----------------------------------------- obligation to do so, upon either (a) notice to the Assignor or (b) the occurrence and continuation of a Default or an Event of Default, the Agent may perform or pay any obligation which the Assignor has agreed to perform or pay in this Assignment and the Assignor shall reimburse the Agent for any amounts paid by the Agent pursuant to this Section 7.2. The Assignor's obligation to ----------- reimburse the Agent pursuant to the preceding sentence shall be a Secured Obligation payable on demand.
