Common use of Agent Perform Clause in Contracts

Agent Perform. If the Pledgor fails to perform any ------------- agreement contained herein, the Agent may itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement, and the reasonable expenses of the Agent incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Pledgor under Section 12 hereof and shall constitute Guaranteed Obligations secured ---------- hereby.
