The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC assumes no responsibility or liability of any nature for the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of any information provided to the Buyer concerning the Company, nor does ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC make any representation or warranty of any nature regarding the Company or its current and future viability. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLC is deemed to be a third party beneficiary of this Agreement for the limited purpose of this subsection (q).
