Common use of Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Agent Fee. For administration and other services performed by the Agent in connection with its continuing administration of this Agreement, the Borrower shall pay to the Agent, for its own account, and not for the account of the Lenders, an annual fee of $25,000, payable on the Effective Date and on each anniversary of the Effective Date for so long as any Secured Obligation shall remain outstanding or the Revolving Credit Facility shall not have been terminated.
