Agent Compensation. The annual compensation which the Agent shall be entitled to receive for management services performed under this Agreement shall be a fee in the amount equivalent to __%[insert amount] of effective gross income. The Owner will pay management fees, including the data processing and accounting fees, to the Agent monthly, not later than the fifteenth (15) day of each month, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
