Common use of AGENT COMMISSION Clause in Contracts

AGENT COMMISSION. 7.1. The SELLER shall be liable to pay agent’s commission, as per the Heads of Agreement with the Agency, once the PROPERTY is registered into the name of thePURCHASER. 7.2. The PURCHASER confirms that he was introduced to the SELLER and the property by ………………………………………………………………..of the firm who is the effective cause of this agreement. 7.3. No commission will be paid to the agency in par 7.2 if the commission agreement is not attached to this contract.
