Common use of Agent Authorized Clause in Contracts

Agent Authorized. Borrower hereby authorizes Agent to file one or ---------------- more financing or continuation statements, and amendments thereto, relating to all or any part of the Collateral without the signature of Borrower to the extent permitted by law.
