Agent and Lender Responsibility. It is expressly understood and agreed that neither Agent nor any Lender assumes liability or responsibility for any representations made by Borrower or for any acts on the part of Borrower.
Agent and Lender Responsibility. Neither Agent nor any Lender shall be (a) obligated or responsible for the payment of any of the amounts or sums referred to in this Section 3 or (b) liable or responsible in any way for the safekeeping of any of the Collateral or for any loss or damage thereto.
