Agency Right. The Agency retains the right to detail employees.

Agency Right. We or Stripe have the right, in our sole discretion, but not the obligation, to institute arbitration or, if no arbitration provision applies, other legal proceedings, including depositing funds held in a Stripe Account with a court of competent jurisdiction, and to resolve any dispute between Customer and Driver related to the Stripe Payment. Any provision of this Agreement and the applicable Stripe Payment Instructions to the contrary notwithstanding and regardless whether we are identified as a party in interest in any dispute, arbitration, or other legal proceeding, nothing herein will be construed to limit our legal and equitable rights, including, but not limited to, depositing funds held in a Stripe Account with a court of competent jurisdiction. Any corporation or association into which Stripe may be merged or converted or with which Stripe may be consolidated, or any corporation or association to which all or substantially all the payment processing business of Stripe may be transferred will succeed to all the rights and obligations of Stripe as payment processing agent under this Agreement and the applicable Stripe Payment Instructions without further act to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Agency Right. In consideration of the Agency rights granted herein, Party B can act as party A's representative to solicit order; Party A shall not, directly or indirectly, sell the commodity to customers that be listed by Party B. Party A undertake to give the newest price list and products information in time.

Agency Right. Determinations as to when, where, under what circumstances, and which employees shall be authorized or required to carry firearms and/or other weapons are reserved to the Agency. The Agency shall make determinations concerning firearms consistent with the requirements of the firearms policy.

Agency Right. PICL shall act as SAL’s Agent in the solicitation of orders through the APP.
