Agency Resolution Sample Clauses
The AGENCY Resolution clause establishes the authority of an agency to act on behalf of another party, typically by formalizing the agency's power to enter into agreements or make decisions. In practice, this clause may require the agency to provide documentation, such as a board resolution or official authorization, confirming its representatives are empowered to bind the agency in contractual matters. Its core function is to ensure that all parties have confidence in the agency's legal capacity to act, thereby reducing the risk of unauthorized commitments and disputes over authority.
