Agency Contingency Calculation. Agency Contingency shall be two percent (2%) of the Construction Cost incurred by the ▇▇▇▇. ▇▇▇▇ shall be entitled to the above stated mark-up on the Construction Cost for Construction Services paid for out of the Agency Contingency and shall be calculated at the percentage of the Construction Cost for which Contingency is used identified in ▇▇▇▇’▇ Cost Proposal Form attached hereto as Attachment 10.
