Authorization to expand may require the Charter School to demonstrate satisfactory academic and financial performance, and organizational compliance. It is the responsibility of the Charter School to request the material amendment required by this section 2.3.3 in a timely manner so as to manage the school’s enrollment to comply with 2.3.3.
