AGCO Revolving Credit Agreement Representations. In order to induce the Administrative Agent and the Lenders to enter into this Agreement and to extend credit to the Borrower, AGCO and the Borrower each hereby further represents, warrants and agrees that each of the AGCO Representations and Warranties (together with any Schedules to the AGCO Revolving Credit Agreement referenced therein) are incorporated herein, and are true and correct, in all respects, as if made herein by AGCO and the Borrower for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders; provided, however, the term “Agreement Date”, as used in Section 4.1(b) of the AGCO Revolving Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof shall have the meaning given to such term in the AGCO Revolving Credit Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.
