AGA Clause Samples
AGA. AGA is a party to this Agreement solely for the purposes of Article III, Section 6.03(b), Section 6.04(d), Article IX and Article X. AGA shall not have any responsibility for any other provision of this Agreement or for compliance with any other provision of this Agreement by any other AGA Party.
AGA. The term "AGA" shall mean ALLIED General Agency Company, an Iowa corporation.
AGA. 7.5.1 In this clause 7 “the AGA Obligations” means the covenants on the part of the Current Tenant (as defined in clause 3.30 of this lease) and conditions (if any) contained in any authorised guarantee agreement (as defined in the 1995 Act) (the “Authorised Guarantee Agreement”) which the Tenant (here meaning only the person who will be the Tenant upon the execution of this lease) may be required to enter into pursuant to clause 3.30.7 of this lease
AGA. There is an Authorised Guarantee Agreement in place with the original tenant Specialist Education Services Ltd who have a 80/100 Expedia credit rating. Term: 20 years from 18 April 2012. Rent: £139,000 per annum exclusive of VAT. Increased in 2017 from £130,000 per annum. Rent Reviews: 5 yearly upward only. Next review in 2022. Repair: Full repairing and insuring lease terms.
