After the guarantees Sample Clauses

After the guarantees for the event (s) are received, a revised event order will be provided with the total food and beverage based on the guaranteed attendance and order. If this total is less that the stated food and beverage minimum, the client may add additional food and beverage to make up the difference. If the client chooses not to add additional food and beverage, the difference be the food and beverage total and the food and beverage minimum will be added to the event order as room rental.
