After giving effect to any Borrowing of Revolving Loans. there may not be more than (i) four different Interest Periods in effect in respect of all Adjusted CD Rate Revolving Loans together then outstanding and (ii) four different Interest Periods in effect in respect of all LIBOR Revolving Loans together then outstanding.
