After application Clause Samples

After application of Section 12.1.5 (and subject to Section 12.1.7): (a) Protea shall proceed with filing of any patents in its name, as decided by the Review Committee. Protea undertakes to state the names of the inventors in its patent application. If and when such Patent Rights are granted and when patent applications enter into national examination phase, Protea shall assign to LMS such rights to the extent granted for the LMS Assigned Territory on a royalty-free basis; and (b) with respect to Foreground that is not subject to Patent Rights, Protea shall assign to LMS such rights for the LMS Assigned Territory.
