AFTER ACQUIRED any after-acquired Charged Assets, from when the Council acquires any rights in those assets.
AFTER ACQUIRED. KNOW HOW ----------------------- If Sheffield acquires the rights to additional know how or patents in the Systemic Pulmonary Field after the execution of this Agreement, it agrees to negotiate in good faith with Elan and Newco a license or sublicense, as appropriate, of such know how and patents to Newco for use in the Systemic Pulmonary Field.
