Affirmative Covenants of Seller and Servicer. Triad hereby makes, to and for the benefit of the Insurer, all of the covenants made by it in the Transaction Documents to which it is a party, including Section 4.5 of the Purchase Agreement and Section 4.6 of the Sale and Servicing Agreement.
