Affiliate Transaction. Seller agrees to provide Buyer with any information requested by Buyer with respect to the affiliate transactions set forth on Schedule 4.36 of the Disclosure Schedule and to take all action reasonably directed by Buyer with respect to such affiliate transactions to ensure that the terms and conditions thereof are on an arms length basis.
