Affiliate Performance. Any obligation of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or Poseida under or pursuant to this Agreement may be satisfied, met or fulfilled, in whole or in part, at such Party’s sole and exclusive option, either by such Party directly or by any Affiliate.
