Affected Systems. Where upgrades are required to be installed or revisions are required to be made to Affected Systems to accommodate the addition of the Generating Facility, the Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for, and shall reimburse the Distribution Provider for and pay for (as applicable) the actual cost including, without limitation, overheads of the Distribution Provider of the installation and/or revisions.
