Affected Systems. The Interconnection Customer shall be solely responsible for entering into an agreement with an Affected System Operator for payment of all costs for the study, design, procurement, construction, installation, ownership and/or control of Affected System network upgrades identified by interconnection studies associated with this Generator Facility interconnection.
